Actually staff has lack of knowledge in banking sector, and they don't know how to deal with costumers always harassed innocent costumers, also difficency in service with this branch, otherwise manager behaviour is good but the staff has unknowledgeable. I'll give zero star and I really hate these types of employees who don't know why he/she appointmented.

Worst bank !mental harresment worst bank manager so rude . They want us to make pan card even for a 10 year old child cause they have agents for this job and ofc want to earn more
