It is very difficult to open an account in this bank. I have visited this bank in early 2015 to open an account but bank employee didn't help much. The staff including manager is very unhelpful and the service is worst. I'm my opinion if you want an bank account don't go to any SBI branch. All the branches are same . Even for a small piece of work you have to visit thrice or fourth to get it done .

1.Token system for queue. 2. Total 3 bank security CCTV cameras. 3. Popular smoking area instead of "NO SMOKING ZONE" & near collecterate office. 4. Less number of bank staff.
