No direct contact number, computerized customer care is worst !!, No response from staff in spite of being 10 years active member with daily transaction. Worst bank of Bhind city

Bhind is my hometown.. I visited this branch to update my address. I reach at 10:30 AM and branch was opend at 10:45 then they allowed to enter at 11:00 AM and kept me on waiting outside. Then later they given me excuse they can't take my address update request because it will be done only by ur home branch. Earlier I have updated my address by visiting any of HDFC brach and it used to be done. This bank has own set of rule by designed by manager. They don't want to take any task. Request to Senior management this bank staff is not professional and don't take any request. Please investigate about and do needful.
