Hi Everyone, today (07/14) I visited branch to update KYC, I got to know from Teller that.. There is one POSITIVE COVID case from branch.. Please try to avoid in person bank visits for few daysn. Stay safe.. Stay home.. Go for digital banking

Worst service and they had not responded well as we lost 2k rupees in cash deposit machine which went out of service. That machine did not even capture our notes placed in it.Even the video footage shows that however they are supporting their machine with some baseless transaction events. Not at all customer friendly. My suggestion dont leave the bank if the machine goes out of service until you get the money from that,otherwise you will lose money.

Not customer friendly. Trying to avoid our requests and asking to do same request through customer support. Shared same info to Manager and he asked to do the same request through another guy. Delay in work. noticed negligence.

I have been with ICICI as a customer since 2005. I really appreciate its customer dedicated services and Dedicated manager for privileged customers.nICICI has far better customer satisfaction compared to other banks in the city.nnComing to this branch I have always been welcomed with greetings and may i help you? Theme. Providing the directions we need from the door. No much marketing type of mess.

I recently visited branch, response is prompt, manager walked by and engaged concerned person and everything was done smooth, but the reason for 3 stars is - i gave my phone number to update contact information on my Account, since then my phone is bombarded with unnecessary messages at-least 20-30 message daily. Please stop this, otherwise no issues with Bank.
