UTI a known address in the past, now rechristened AXIS bank, is here to serve your needs professionallly. Manned by Mr. Venkat Reddy whose customer care service is something praise worthy. When I wanted to issue a fresh travel card without hassles...delivered in a jiffy... A ruminating experience with the bank need to be experienced.. Caring... Poor customer service, They wont give your email ID or contact number to follow up on your queries, Their Customer care number for home loan never works. They never give you Service Request number for your requests. They will say you will get SMS before end of day which you never get. You have to visit their branch many times to get your work done. Worse bank for home loan, please consider other banks before taking home loan here
