Giving 1star not even worth of that the staff is very arrogant and rude they treat the customer as if there servants and they throw the money on the faces as if they pay us from their pocket lack of basic manners.

Have been banking at this branch from several years. Must appreciate ms rashida and ms pushpa who have been extremely helpful and have complete customer service etiquette. Regret to mention that ms Disha is impolite., rude and has major attitude . We all work and stress is they but one can't take it out on customers . I hope training is provided and the manager looks into this and not take it casually.

Of course SBI is one of the best banks in India. Its very old branch and day by day the numbers of account holders are increasing. Its located at very busy location. We face lot of problems for parking our vehicles. Due to more visitor it take a long time in queue for depositing or withdrawal of money. The management must increase the counters and in systematic way. So that customers should not wait very long for their turn. It need more space and employees to be added to serve better.
