most of the server will be down. no proper support and service ...they will always try to advertise their yono app which is totally useless ...They itself dnt know when their yono is working when it is not working...

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Due to COVID i am not visiting branch and I have been begging them for over 2 months for a minor problem and its not being addressed at all.

My father, a retired Central government employee, went there today to submit his life certificate for pension related formalities. He's eighty years old and finds it difficult to move around. The woman at the counter first asked him to produce his Aadhaar card. As he didn't have his card with him then, he came back home, collected it and went back to the bank. The woman this time asked him to give his finger print whereupon she said that the finger print didn't match the one in the database. As if that was not enough, she asked him to get his Aadhar card made again. Saying so, she left this old man wondering what to do next and he came back home worried, disappointed and harassed. We keep seeing these ads where they say that the RBI has a provision for such senior citizens where the bank will come to the customer if the customer can't. Here when a senior citizen did go to the bank, SBI showed insensitivity.nVery poor SBI!!
