The way that staff dealing with customers is very bad,you can always see conflits between staff and customers. Me too had lots of bad experience from there ,They are dealing like that we are gone there for taking cash from their account.. one request to higher officials to teach their staff how to behave with a customer. 10 years back at the time when i started the account it wasnt this bad
