After submitting all documents not get loan more over one executive took over my original land document and deed.processing charge,survey charge ,villeage office ,leave from duty to collect documents ,tottal 5000RS loast.one mis sujitha called me for loan tieuped whith vodafone,and Exicutive Jishnu start proceedings for me.Lastely no one attend my phon call .The hdfc bank cheated me .Then lam going to leagel proceedings against bank

Have to wait for 1 hour to get the token and the person sitting outside is very rude. They have a very small place to wait outside. Nobody is even bothered about social distancing. This is like a punishment for taking Loans. Also in this modern digital world they only have option to close the loan using a cheque leaf. Very bad service

Iam calling customer care number since 2019, and sent mail..dont responds

No contact number that's why people not like HDFC fast ur make contact one mobile phone u buy no money buy phone I will give you phone thanks

Very very very bad customer service and they are not following such responsiblities
