Bogus service,not at all supportive nature during this covid 19. I have never seen such kind of branch staff and branch manager of any bank in the India. When I have visited this branch there were no person there but than they did not support me.

Pathetic service ,poor management I sent my brother to open account they have not even submit the form and tell him come after 10 days, first we will do the verification than account will open, I am wondering what type of verification they are talking about as he was submitting his all accessory documents to open bank account.
