This is how Government Banks operates in India,Rude staff even the manager do not follow the RBI guidelines, i was forced to complain to the Head Branch than they take actions,nI do not know why government pay them high salaries for doing nothing.nIf you want to show bank structure visit any private bank like Axis, HDFC etc, Hope they start working some day.

Some one from SBI Prem Nagar called me few months back and forced me to apply a SBI credit card, anyhow i got credit card and i haven't take any plan or haven't used my credit card anywhere... But they deducting money every month from my saving account, how bad is this wawoo its makes me Angry. Suvral time i have complained to the bank (related person) and customer care too but they are not intrested to solve this Matter.nIf they will not refund my money then deffinatly i will take legel action against them.

Worst staff team. Very rude staff. They knows they are getting paid for doing nothing. Totaly helpless staff. Only helpful person is the gaurd who is holding gun. He is trying his level best to help customers, i think management team needs to awakeup to instruct them staff to help the customers, not to be rude and do not Saut at customers some one can slap you directly. because of customers they are getting paid them Salary. The last point is because of these rude workers helpless staff people are moving to other private banks. I think Management team needs to take stap forward. I can understand why the private banks are doing so well......nnThank you

One of the worst branch of SBI...Never choose this branch...very rude bank staffs especially clerksud83dudc4e...i would give big Zero to this branch but there is no option of it in Google reviews...Not Recommending this branch....
