If I could, I would have given a zero rating to this branch. Some of the clerks are very arrogant and do not know their job. They have a token system, but do not use it. Instead the customers have to wait in long lines. Their passbook kiosk is almost always down. What is the logic of having all these facilities if they never use it for the customer's convenience!

A branch of state bank of india SBI raipur branch. The service is good. Good services they offer lots of services including the loan facility(home educational car business)are avilable here. They also offer all baking accounts. The environment is good and customer friendly.
