Pathetic experience. I visited this branch 3 times just to update my email. The lady Niharika confirmed all the times that email is updated but still I am not getting an emails from the bank nor I can get access to hdfc mobile app. I wonder what this bank wants me to do to update my email.

Wrong direction showing in Google Map. Totally waste 1 hour by searching the exact location of the Uttam Nagar Branch. Why Google set the wrong location I don't know.n2nd & 4th Saturday should be closed but wrong information provided here in Google that the bank is open on each Saturday.

Today i visit at Uttam nagar HDFC branch, branch manager behaviour is very bad, she told me I look your face i think u r not maintain your savings account,How she judge me with my face? I complane share on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and I am no recommend to any person open or an account in hdfc bank and Uttam nagar branch.
