Worst experience ever just wanted to activate online banking and it took them about a week. Don’t use this bank and especially this branch all staff have half knowledge about most of the services and common people have to suffer for that

Very unprofessional don't know how to talk with customers. They all are lazy only time pass in the work premises take too much time for simple work. After lunch they said no to work, I was told by one of the employees that they don't work after lunch even manager support them also.
