Poor customer service. There is no one to listen your complaint. It took me 4 times to go there to update a phone number.Everytime they misplace the form which is submitted.

i deposit money united bank of india now and then i don't get sms through bank i had to go to the bank for knowing the status about money that why did not send me sms they excuse you not mention on deposit slip your phone number even i wrote my number every time
