It's worst branch, no service to customer, I kept on calling BM of bank and left many text also regarding my home loan moratorium extension for last more than one month but no help.nNow I am worried about my credit score but bank is not bothered.

We have been banking with Vikaspuri Branch for more than 3 decades. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the communication. No LAND LINE, NO alternate Mobile Number. In the absence of the BM even ,no one reply email . The management of Union Bank Of India need to do some thing in this area.
