Took home loan of Rs 25 lacs in 2010. Loan was under maxgain. Only 22 lacs disbursed. Builder delayed flat. Now possession offered. Came to bank for remaining disbursements. Bank said it cannot be done since it is maxgain. Felt cheated with no fault of mine. Suggest not to take loan from sbi.
