Very poor service.unresponsive staff. I had to go to this branch for annual statement of my account. The officer sitting next to cash counter wasted my half an hour. First he told the charge is 100 rupees per page. He was walking here and there doing nothing during office time. Finally he told that there was no paper to print the statement.I had sent 2 email request for account statement there was no reply. Finally I provided whitenpaper and got my statement printed by the manager.
