Hello IDBI,nnMy name is Ajay.H. My complaint is today 13 Sep 18. I tryed paying my Airtel bill where the transaction was failed and my money was debited from my account. So tryed talking with Airtel seeking for the problem occurred with the transaction. As per Airtel the transaction was failed due to Idbi failed to send the money and referred me to contact Idbi. I called Idbi customer care and asked for the solution. As per Idbi the money was debited from by account and it's in hold and waiting for Airtel to claim the money.nnI requested with Mr Banu Bose to please credit back the money which was debited from my account where the transaction was failed. But Mr Banu and Saini Singh Team leader had limited solutions and limited access to refund my money told me to wait 10days for refund if the Airtel doesn't claim the money.nnNow my problem is I paid my Airtel bill, the transaction got failed but the money is debited from my account. I am waiting for refund. But why should I wait for 10days. I asked the customer service representative it's my money and my rights to get my money back but now I am helpless because I am a normal citizen no access to complaint about the banks mistakes.nnI bet you Idbi if my money is not credited back in 10days I will try every possible ways to Dump you with shame of your mistake.
