Worst bank ever I have come across. They promise many things when they approach you for loan and trap you. Worst service. If you take personal loan and want to close prematurely, they charge 5% extra money, which many other private banks like HDFC bank and Axis bank dont do. I suggest you to take loan from HDFC bank or Axis bank or any bank but not from this IDFC Fitst bank. They dont care for customers at all.

Worst possible bank. If you take loan from this bank, you are trapped. Worst service. Worst attitude. No concern for customers. Better to go for any other bank but not this IDFC First bank.

Never ever make any transaction with this bank. There are many hidden charges. There are many good private banks. Please make transaction with those banks. IDFC first bank ranks first among the wotst banks. Worst possible service.

Very bad service there is no electricity backup for printer, two hours for passbook entry how irresponsible they are,, please make some changes don't waste our time,,,
