Worst banking experience. From seven months I have been made to run to bank just to get back my money unnecessarily debited money. Every time new reasons given by bank. Please yaar bas karo ... it's too bad response from such a good brand.

Pathetic bank, I'm running around just to get my account unlocked from past 2 months. They have reason ready every time I visit the bank. The worst bank ever, and I have bank accounts in 3 different banks and this is the worst one. Today i got a text saying if I don't submit my bank details they will close my account.nHorrible bank just no value for the customer feedback or customer satisfaction.nI wish I could give negative rating to it.
