HDFC Bank

This is a bank where dishonest people have their accounts, once I went here for some work, a guy in the branch asked for pen, which I forgot to ask back, he didn't returned it, the pen was expensive. Later when I rushed to bank and asked about that customer, employees there didn't helped. I complained on Twitter as well as mail, but nothing worked. Another incident was that when I used HDFC credit card for some purchase, in that they charged extra amount even when it was no cost EMI. they deserve zero or minus star rating.

The EMI of my Jumbo loan has not been cut for the last 6 months, nor has any MSG come to me.
