Thompson Brothers Plumbing

To say I had a plumbing nightmare is an understatement. A friend suggested that I call Thompson Bros. I called, and someone (Jesse) came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and told me what the cost would be. They started working on the issue the very next day! They called me every day with an update, and the guys who were doing the actual work could not have been nicer or more attentive to my problems and to me as a worrier! They were friendly, highly professional plumbers who knew what needed to be done and how to do it! I could not be more pleased with both the communication and work performed by Thompson Brothers. To top it all off, they did not raise the price on me when they ran into unforeseen problems, and they smoothed the ground back out after all the plumbing issues were addressed/completed. I thought they could not possibly do more for me; however, just yesterday one of the guys was in my yard putting straw down because of the immense amount of rainfall we have incurred recently. They realized what a muddy mess I could have and took steps to remedy the situation before it could occur, and I hadn't even given it a thought! What started out as a real nightmare ended up far less horrendous than I could have imagined. The key to it all working out so well: THOMPSON BROTHERS PLUMBING!!! Donna Hall

Thompson Brothers worked to figure out what was actually causing my continuous clogging and fixed it (a mega block in our pipe). This has been a problem for a year and they are the only ones that actually got to it, and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed. They were also on time, friendly, and honest. I am very grateful for their hard work.

Experience with Thompson bros plumbing is great.. They are a great family owned business. Recommend them to anyone needs a good plumber..

As I was in subway today. One of the guys ( I did not catch his name) paid for my meal. It's this type of people that I wish there were more of. I have not used this company before but in the future I will. Thank you for your generosity and paying it forward.
