You will get the same feeling when you visit the government office. Worst..!!! People still believe that Karnataka bank is a govt bank but it is not a nationalized bank it is similar to the private banks like ICICI, HDFC... and the ATM, most of the times either it will be closed or out of service or no cash. There are no sign boards inside and staffs are very rude. Most of the people who visit here are rural guys and illiterate. I don't find any help in filling the forms and proper assistance for them.

1.Officer,s not friendly and also confusing where to go? And whom to ask? There is no sign boards 2.conjested office, parking area is not available 3.one star only for ATM service only
