Recently I've visited the bank to update kyc of mum and the services are ud83dudc4eud83cudffb we had to wait for hours and there's no proper response from staff and anything we ask they only answer server is down from many days people are suffering even old age had to suffer standing hours together and in the pandemic situation it's not safe to be waiting in the bulk. I request to update the systems and to provide good high speed internet services so that server down problems won't be faced and even public will not have problem ☺ufe0f

Worst staff, no dedication for work, they called so to me for KYC, I put leave I went there, three times still it is pending. Worst worst... Single star also wast for this.
