Being the public sector bank this branch serves the people in extraordinary way. The way staff take over the customer requests are really appreciable. The way the staff executes their duties are satisfying as they are really dedicated to their duty. When I write about the maintenance of the branch. I could say the staff does it in an exceptional way. The way they maintain everything is fantastic. The bank is fully air-conditioned. The entire place is neat. The cleanliness is up to the mark. The management is wonderful.

The worst experience I had with any bank sofar. Branch Manager himself doesn't know how to behave with customers, now you can assume the behaviour of rest of the staff. These people should need to understand that they are getting salaries from these poor customers only.
