They are charging RS 3 extra from me on my every payments/transactions with PHONE PAY app, Not able to make more than 1 transaction within 24 hrs.......nAlthough the CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER is not working at all from the beginning....nBAD SERVICES

This branch of the bank is stigma in the name of nationalised bank. The employees of the branch do not know anything about its (UBI bank) rules & regulation and often mislead its customers. The banking experience with this branch is really pathetic. Though other branches of the bank are not that bad, but it is advisable to stay away from it.
