No KYC is done here!! Visited today for KYC update as this was nearest Axis bank branch to me. It was very surprising that there is no biometric system for KYC here. They asked me to visit other branches which were 20-30kms away. I wonder how they do KYC for their own branch customers!

Employees are not available at 9.30.....after 10 only they available why they mentioned branch timings 9.30 in website?
