Have never come across such extremely inefficient and unresponsive staff. The branch manager of Corporation Bank, Perinchery building, Trichur has no intention to resolve customer queries and neither does she know how to handle grievances of their customers. Its been two months that my father a retired pensioner has lost his money due to technical issues of their bank server but there has been no progress so far and everytime we speak to someone at the branch its contradictory information that we get. If you don't want to lose your hard earned money, please don't open an account here.
