Bad response from the staff, I have applied for the bank account, 15 days become no response from the bank staff, and customer care number is not valid

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life, this bank staff comes to house door while opening an account after that high charges if we don't maintain minimum account balance of 10thousand rupees and also they don't even have there own atm service in chikmagalur but also they charged 1000 fine rupees for not maintaining minimum balance and aftr this I went to close the account but the bank staff said me that we can't close the account for 1 year, never open a account here
