I submitted a kyc document at this branch on 04/03/21 for my freezed account maintained at bagnan branch but after expiry of 6 working days it has not been updated in system. Trusting these banks govt. is planning to privatize govt. sector banks where my kyc updated in same day. Don't open account in these banks if extremely emergency for u.

I submitted a kyc document at garia branch on 04/03/21 for 2nd holder of my joint sb account maintained at bagnan branch but till date the same has not been updated in system. Neither the branch having contact no. nor the customer care is easy reachable, trusting these services govt. is trying to privatize nationalized banks where I updated my kyc in same day
