25th February 2020. [1] Promos/ads keep playing on ATM machines on a loop. ATM is just outside the bank. Nonstop sound from speakers is not helpful. [2] Even if new note bundles are available the bank tries to give old ones. [3] Some waiting row chairs in the bank are in disrepair.

State bank of India dhanbad near bank more. There is always crowd inside the bank.

it is the main branch of SBI dhanbad. It is really a very big and massive bank. It also has for-ex,section for loans,etc. It is very clean and air conditioned.The staffs are very helpful and hostile.nBut the bank is very crowded during peak hours. But it has appox 45-50 counters to serve the customers.....
