It is easy to have a account at BOI (Shakti Mandir)....But after getting your account the pain starts to begin.....nThe staffs are very lazy and are busy on their phones most of time...nYou can't link your Pancard within a week if you haven't...nYou can't get your Debit card until you fill your form 3-4 times...nIt is not easy to get a loan or opening a scheme there...nAnd the worst experience is the Cashier is rude and always make excuses of link fail...nnI personally get my account in 1 day, get my pan card linked in 3 days, got my Debit card after 10 months and 2 attempts and not I am trying to deposit some money from 3 days and the cashier always tell link failed rudely.... At the end if you want a account for yourself.... Try for a private bank... But if you want account in BOI then you should must look for another branch....
