Worst service, employees harass the customer in just open a saving account, it totally disgusting, just making fool to us...

Worst branch in Dhanbad, it should b negativity rated, the employees usually have rubbish issues such as signatory not matching or less fund transfer in 3rd party account.The same gets done without any issues in the main branch .Employees usually harasses ccustomers, not providing them with enough information for documentations. In short The whole HR team sucks there.. ...Most bakwass branch ever, shud not visit. Steps should be taken by the high officials to make the bank work effectively with Good Reputation among it's clients..

ATM is inside in its office..always you can drawn cash from it.100rs note are always available
