Facilities are poor and not in time. We've to wait too long for a simple work which can be easily done within 3-4 mins. Infrastructure's reviews is in negative.nnNow my review for this might be -5 for quickness. Raise the toast for there service for the customers.

It’s surprising that my widow sister’s check of Rs 400000// fvg herself to her account with Bandhan Bank, was deliberately returned with some cooked reason like signature mismatch. This was done to keep the amount for month end balance sake of the branch. They forgot what harassment their duct caused to a lady who survives on her FD interest. The Manager Mr Biswajit with his arrogance dealt the customer. What they forget these PSU banks are for the customers, by the customers and of the customers. They draw their fat salary because we patronise them. The higher management should look into the matter. This ordeal was done on day before and the same money is sent through RTGS . This will help them to trace the mishaps .

Govt bank is good for its employee and not for clients. This bank is in manaitand, dhanbad. Very old infrastructure, not sufficient place for clients. Staffs are without any courtesy and bad mannered. Non AC environment. I have never visited bank in such poor condition. Better to close account here and go to some good bank. Big drag to Indian economy. Govt should consider voluntary retirement for non performers.
