If you want to experience the worst banking services, visit the Canara Bank, Chalappuram Branch.nPhone is considered as a showpiece here. Attending a customer's call is out of the question in this branch. I wanted to enquire about my loan and called to this branch 17 times on a particular day but my call was not answered even once.
