For just simple loan of rs 10000 which is allotted by nagar nigam I have to visit 10 times really what type of banking facilities you have

I needed a ATM card for my account located in a different city. For a simple task like this one, i have had to visit this location 6 times. that too in the middle of corona pandemic when we are trying to avoid going out. Every time a different person tells me to bring a different document. Why are they so incompetent? Twice they lost my application and asked me to come back with a new application. There is no social distancing, and no sanitizer. People are allowed to crowd. If the clerk sees her friend at the back of the crowd, she will call her friend give priority service ignoring other people in front. Except for one person i don't see anyone doing any work. This is the worst bank i have been to. Dismal. Even village grameen banks have better service. Shame on the manager for risking our lives in a pandemic, and all due to incompetence. Why are they so incompetent here?

Their bank loan facilities are not good. Besides, I am not happy with current account penalty.
