very unprofessional staff. doesn't respond phone calls and close the online complaint without resolution. the number given for branch had is never responded despite repeated calls

The staff behavior too much rood and unprofessional. The simple banking work is not possible to accomplish in a single visit of the customer. Manager is not available in bank premises and his cabin. All the staff are very bad in behaviour. The worst bank branch of SBI. They simply harras the people. Do not open an account in this branch.
