I went to them for my education loan and they shown me their most irresponsible & lethargic behaviour .nThey perceive Pranshu & Deeyanshu similar so they just interchange the file ,even 6 year old child can distinguish difference between both the names but they can't .nSo deeply regretting for my mistake to choose this bank for my loan ,nThey are real description of a typical government employee behave.
