I went there for education loan purpose during my admission to master course but they didn't approved giving reason that I had Gap in my studies. When I went to sector 17 SBI branch, instantly they approved loan for me.

Staffs are not friendly they act like they owned the bank.

One of the most mis managed SBI branch, no improvement in last so many years except large no of female staff. Lack of banking knowledge creates more problems for customers. They try to make one or the other excuse to avoid work. You will be made to run from one counter to another counter. Single window concept is failure here. Young girl sitting at counter 9 is just arrogant and not ready to help. Hope management is reading reviews and takes action.
