Worst customer service ever. I would suggest if anyone wants to take a loan go to any other bank but never ever go to yes bank because it is the worst bank ever. While giving loan they harassed us alot and while doing the repayment of loan they harassed us alot. With worst customer service and worst treatment towards people. While giving loan they may say anything to you so that you take loan from them the people would say anything but while making the repayment they say something different and disagree with the facts they said earlier and charge more amount from us. And the harassment they do with their customers is on a different level so absurd.

They are frauds and always misguide you so that you can take loan from them and then they harass you alot and treat you really bad. Also they have alot of hidden charges and they cahrge it as interest or whatever and keep on adding up money so they can get as much as possible from you. No other bank does that they say something else in the start and do different things making it fraudulent and adding extra hidden charges and misguide you. Take a loan from anywhere but never from Yes Bank.
