The bank authorities should try and call the numbers that are posted on their web sites none work, it is the typical governmental mindset keep the people confused and never give the chance to contact the branches heaven forbid their lives would become easier. Welcome to digital India.

I used credit card of SBI ending with 4172 about a year after that I put request to SBI Customer care services to close it .I deposited all the amount after negotiation and I was told you will get letter on your mail for closure of your credit card account.Even after that I am getting messages to deposit this amount.I talked many times in cutomer care only they say ok sir We will revert you after checking and nobody cares.This is fraud of SBI and using to gain the amount from innocent people.This practice should be stopped immediately as it is getting BAD NAME to SBI the biggest bank in India. I m getting back
