Poor customer service they are very sweet while first attempt but when you are a part of Yes bank as a customer they proof that customer should be cust + mer. They never live up on their words unprofessional they even don't know the meaning of commitment.nnPlease think twice and thrice and before joining with sector 20 Chandigarh branch if still heart say go then give a slap to your heart and don't go......nnRest all your wish i give feedback on behalf of my experienceud83dude22

Very bad experience. I went with my wife yesterday at this branch to close her savings account and they said it will take 500 ₹ +GST to close the account and when I told them that your official website says it is FREE to close a savings account which is less than 14 days old or more than a year.nnBut, they didn't listen us and forces us to pay 500₹ + GST first to get and fill the Account Closing Form.nnI will report this to DDR to Chandigarh Police and RBI and disclose the name of the employees who are involved in this.nnToo Worst.
