Very poor quality service and customer care of rbl credit card. Rbl credit card never use. I suggest if you take credit card of rbl.

I have credit card of RBL, they have converted transaction of 4750₹ to three months EMI without my consent. I am writing this to get response from bank with email details of credit card department. This may be treated as notice for approaching ombudsman / consumer forum. . H

Very bad service of RBL bank, I want to cancelled my credit card and I visit the bank, but no response has been by any one. thereafter i will call on customer care number for cancelled the credit card but there is no option to cancelled the credit card. This bank is totally fraud and harassment the people.
