Such an irresponsible people. Not responding to any request. I have been requesting for debit card since so long, I haven't received yet.ncustomer care service is very poor.

The bank is really short staffed and takes ages for a simple procedure such as cash deposit. There is just 1 guy sitting and he seems really slow.This is unacceptable from a reputated bank like yours.

The customer service was awful .With less staffs and prioritizing company policy above the customer needs is not expected from such a reputed bank.

We have been trying to change my registered mobile number with Axls bank. My husband went there twice and they are not at all responding. They told they will call but even after going twice , there is no response from their side.
