WORST SEVICE!! Simone is very bad and he clearly shows he doesn't want be there working. I will never rent again at this location. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible rental experience, poor customer service. They charged me more than I initially agreed on, without the full insurance that was supposed to be included in my offer. The people at the front desk did nothing to ease the situation and, even though this was clearly an AVIS problem, they ultimately tried to blame it on me. Lack of professionalism and accountability.

The person attending is excellent. But he was alone, taking care of all customers.

We rented from here after the salesperson at the desk offered to waive the cost of a wifi dongle rental and to throw in complimentary additional cover. I later discovered we were charged for both, and the after sales team essentially blamed us for signing the contract. They have electronic signature devices in the agency that make it easy for them to affix your signature on additional documents. Beware the hidden costs. Our trip ended up costing us almost double what was expected.

I hired different cars for 1 month, every time they have been efficient, fast and ready to ask to every question. Good selection of models that are always clean and tidy. I've always been provided with new cars with around 10k km. Friendly and kind staff, I totally recommend it.
