I went there before 19:00 and they told me the staff who can do permesso soggiorno already left the work. And he told me I have to come before 18:30. No paper notice saying people who need to send the permesso kit have to come before 18:30. If this staff left work has some proper reasons: ask another staff to work on this , or at least an apologize.

1 hour of queue, thank goodness it's under the arcades. I come in and they don't do me the service, the document is slightly discolored and the expiration date reads, as it proved, such a consultant who is said to call Gringeri says the document is invalid. But how dare you? Unkind and polite. Experience to forget. Not recommended. I also write to the management.

I don't really know how anyone can complain about these post offices. Very kind staff always ready to help you, expertise and experience from anyone who has ever served me. The same thing cannot be said of the average customers who enter: peasants, whiny and functional illiterates. They still haven't understood that safety distances are needed and they get angry if they have to wait, not to mention the racism that I have seen sometimes in some bad guys who really should be put in prison and hello! They still haven't understood that I don't pass the queue but I simply have an App that allows you to book a seat. (Do it too !!) The reason for so many negative reviews is just that people just complain about every little thing ... SURPRISE SURPRISE: there's a queue at the post office, I'm dismayed! Such a thing has never been seen before 🤣. Super positive experience and I have been a loyal customer for a long time.

The worst mail in Turin..already reported some time ago for aggressive tones of an employee in particular..with the period various decrees and covid even worse: while compiling (with a mask that I also consider useless but suitable) and after asking for permission to enter from the outside to respect a form of "quota" entrances to perhaps the director who did not even have the identification card and who laughingly gave me permission to enter, was told while filling in the forms for a registered letter "she did not he could stay in here and do it "... I ask someone from the central post office or if there is someone above with minimal sensitivity and competence: why does this post continue to be a psychiatric center? to tell a customer that he cannot stay inside to fill in a form after having entered it is a lawsuit .........
