Beautiful walk. Fantastic panorama. Very carefully kept. Definitely delicious is the risk of André where to stop. Great food at moderate prices. Kind staff especially a brunette girl who was decidedly nice and helpful. Definitely to try

Vast meadows that change color with the seasons .. the gaze can sweep over the surrounding mountains. Passing through the town of La Valle, after having traveled a road that is sometimes "exposed" on very steep slopes, park and continue comfortably on foot until you look out over the wide expanse of the armentara meadows (pastures). You can go to the Ranch da Andre 'refuge or continue uphill to the church and the Santa Croce refuge at the foot of the Sasso della Croce, in my opinion (shared by many) the ABSOLUTE MOST SUGGESTIVE PLACE OF THE DOLOMITES. To be avoided in summer due to the too hot.

Very nice meadows with few people. We are first to the snow cave (quite ok) and then via route 18 and 15 back to the lift la Crusc II.
