Phantastic location, we booked one of the roof appartments with a bath tub on the roof. In the basement there is a small swimming pool, enough to relax and swim a little bit. The location should be booked as early as possible, because a lot of families always booking this every year. The way from main highway has a lot of serpentines AFAIK or remember) 21 turns, but it is OK. Bozen and Meran are 40 mins and 60 mins away. Finally I can say, a good place for families.

Top location, friendly people, what else could we expect... Everything you really need is here or located close-by and the extremely nice and calm panoramic view does the rest. Thanks and see you again soon.

With the Ascension Day weekend I wanted to make a trip with my electric car from Aarhus Denmark as far and as fast as possible. Northern Italy seemed within reach. It turned out to be a wonderful weekend and mostly due to the nice stay in Sonnleiten Dolomiten Residence! The environment Süd Tirol (Dolomites) is perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Astonishing scenery and nice weather. It can be busy at times though. The apartment A very spacious apartment which even with its maximum number of guests will never feel ‘cramped’. It was very clean and it felt like I was the first one to use it. The balcony has a beautiful view over the valley of Bozen. Facilities Supermarket, bank, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking place of the Residence has a possibility for charging electric cars and/or bicycles. Service The owner was thrilled with accommodating the charging of my car and I was the first one to use it. He even reserved a parking space that had a charge connection and arranged an amendment to the wires of the connections to enable to charge my car (as where it would not charge at first). Breakfast and dinner can be included (I had already arranged something else but for sure it’s something to consider next time). Thank you for staying and who knows until next time!

It was a wonderful time - with their great hospitality, the Mahlknecht family manages to reconcile relaxation and tranquility and a heart for children - a combination that is seldom encountered. There is something here for young and old - starting with the wonderful breakfast, the apartments designed down to the last loving detail, the beautiful (and warm) swimming pool (which was never overcrowded), the covered children's playground with opportunities for summer table football tournaments to my personal highlight - the open-air whirlpool on your own balcony. :-) I don't need to mention that South Tyrol is beautiful and has something to offer for every taste. We will come back in any case!

Very nice building, newly renovated with very stylish wood and metal construction, meets the modern requirements. Swimming pool and sauna with turkish bath are very humorous and relaxing. Very long sunshine in the summer, until half past eight at nine in the evening. Food is excellently prepared with love and the eye enjoys it too. Very nice apartments or apartments with concept. Only recommended.
