Part of the path that leads to the beautiful Bolzano hut and to the characteristic chair hut (milk, cheese and bread of own production), composed of wooden, metal and rope ladders, not very difficult but very exposed, so watch out if you suffer from vertigo. Once you reach the ref. Bolzano, you can return by the same path or continue on the Alpe di tires and make the round trip.

From the hiking car park Weißlahnbad it goes 800 meters high very steep in a sort of Canyon uphill. What brings in the summer the advantage that the way runs for a long time in the shade. You gain very fast in altitude and the view over to the Latemar gets better every meter. Highlight is definitely the wooden staircase passage.

From the car park of Lavina Bianca (Tires), a trail enters the Sciliar Natural Park going up through a first gorge and then through the "Fall of the Bears". Here, ladders and ropes help to overcome the last stretch up to a fork where a beautiful view awaits those who have tried their ascent. Path to be prepared. From the fork are possible itineraries towards the Bolzano refuge (normal excursion), towards the Monte Cavone refuge (excursion for experts) or towards the nearest Sciliar hut.
